Expedite IaaS billing process with invoice reconciliation files

Customers can now process only the One Time Invoice Line Items file (BilledOneTimeInvoiceLineItems.csv) while processing usage data for IaaS billing. This invoice reconciliation file contains usage data at the Microsoft Azure Plan Subscription level, which provides a detailed summary of usage data. Consolidating billing data at this level significantly reduces processing time.

Previously, the IaaS usage connector retrieved usage data from the Daily Rated Usage (BilledOneTimeDailyRatedUsages.csv) and One Time Invoice Line Items files. Because of the occasional latency in the generation of the Daily Rated Usage file, there was a delay in billing.

This enhancement is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
